Gently Moving On
About Me

My name is Brad Kirkman-Liff. I am 74 years old and live in San Diego County. I have a BS, MBA and a Doctor of Public Health degree. I worked in public health until I retired.
My wife of 43 years passed away at home, while under hospice care. I have experienced the passing of my parents, friends and colleagues. Every death is different. In retirement from a career in public health I have found a new passion: serving those who are dying and their families so they can have a good death.

I trained as a end-of-life doula with Going with Grace. I am a member of the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance and have passed the NEDA Proficiency exam.
Strengths of mine are navigating the hospital and outpatient medical systems, medical documents and care options. I bring kindness, openness and respect to each new meeting. I am open to meeting with anyone in my community who would like to meet with me. If you feel I may be a good fit for you, please don’t hesitate to send me a message so we can schedule a time to meet over the phone or via Zoom or in-person. I can listen to you story and discuss which of my offerings will benefit you and your family.
